Dear Laura, Rob and John,

I wanted to write to thank you all for the remarkable kitchen we have thanks to you all. Every aspect of the soapstone countertops and sink, and the cabinets, has surpassed our expectations. Cindy and I went over there this evening and my breath was taken away! So thank you.

One question: are there any leftover pieces or shards of the soapstone that are too small for you to use but that we could have to make into coasters or cutting boards or anything else? Yes, that’s just how much we love that soapstone. I told Cindy that my only regret is that I’m not 25 years younger so that I would have more time to live with and appreciate every vein and nuance of the stone.

Wanted to extend a sincere "Thank You" to you and others that worked on my little kitchen project. Brandon and his sidekick (Kyle?) I think did an excellent job. It was comforting, maybe amazing, to see Brandon take the job and just do it with confidence. Please let him know that I appreciated his skill and work. I was also very pleased with the two that came out to measure the job ( I think that he said that he was the owner of the company). And also to you for all your help while I was making decisions. You, in my first visit, solidified in my mind that I was going to have Shaker Hill Granite do the project…and I'll admit I was a bit nervous about the whole thing given that countertops were but one part of pretty much a renovation (except for bathroom) of first floor of the house. So anyway, you and everyone that worked on the project including the guys in the shop, ought to know that I very happy with the result and very happy that I did business with Shaker Hill Granite and hope that you share my thoughts with them. And, I truly Love that "Barre Gray" piece!!

We want to pass along our gratitude for all you have done for us this past year. It is great to have this relationship for many reasons, mostly for honesty and quality of people that you are.

Our working relationship with Shaker Hill Granite is without criticism. In fact, I would describe it as a business model for communications. My questions were frequent and the answers came back at rapid pace, even in minutes when communicating via email. Additionally, they worked very closely with us to select the granite and then to match it. It looks extraordinary. The installation was on time, neat and errorless. They met all our expectations and did exactly what they said they would when they said it would be done. I would only consider Shaker Hill on my next project.

We worked with the people at Shaker Hill Granite for several weeks to find the ideal granite for counter tops in a house we have been renovating. We also used them to identify a pattern of tiles to put behind our stove top. We found everyone at this company to be helpful, knowledgable and pleasant. Now that the work is complete the results are lovely and far exceed our expectations. We are pleased to give this company our highest rating.

Thanks so much for the wonderful job Shaker Hill Granite did for our home renovation. We came to Shaker Hill Granite to select granite for our kitchen countertops, and in addition purchased granite for all of our bathrooms, and tile for most all of our floors. I found you and the rest of the staff to be so knowledgable, patient, and helpful as we worked through our needs, and selected appropriate materials for each room. We made repeated visits, took home many samples, and greatly appreciated your advice. Brian did a superb job in laying the floor tile, and even managed to make our uneven living room floor level enough for me to practice putting!
